Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Returns

• Returns are allowed within 3 days of receiving the product.

• Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

1. If the product has a defect.

2. If the wrong product was delivered.

• Once a return request is submitted, the delivery agent will contact you to collect the product.

•  The refund will be processed within 4 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.

• Refunds will be issued only via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, as the company does not provide cash refunds.

2. Exchange

• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be in its original condition and unused.

• The Exchange Happens if the desired product is available in stock

• The customer must pay a shipping fee for exchanges to any governorate in Egypt.

3. Important Notes

• The company allow parcels to be opened upon delivery 

• If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us via email. We will respond within 24 hours to resolve the issue immediately.
